Surimi - based Products Grinding
Grinding in vacuum bowl cutter, this gives better extraction of salt soluble proteins, and better texture.

Conditioning Process
After forming & settings, the product is cooked in boiling water or steamed.

Packaging
Surimi-based products are placed in trays & cooled before packing in plastic bags & storing in chiller. Certain product are kept frozen to prolong shelf-life.
