We are also one of the largest producers and distributors
of surimi in Asia. Besides surimi, we provide a wide
range of high quality chilled, frozen or dried surimi-based

QUALITY
CONTROL
We observe stringent quality control in our manufacturing
processes in compliance with GMP and HACCP requirements
and HALAL certification. This ensures all our products
are safe and their natural freshness hygienically
retained. We are also one of the recipients for the
Enterprise 50 Achievement Awards 2005.
PROCESSING
On record, we are the first manufacturer in the country
to effectively integrate the surimi plant with its
downstream production line in producing both surimi
and surimi-based products simultaneously.
SURIMI
Surimi is processed from the fresh catch fishes and
mixed with cryoprotectant to ensure the stability of
quality during frozen storage.
